Elias B. Wolden joins POETIC as Systems Architect.

With a background in economics from BI and studies in informatics, Elias brings a combination of financial understanding and system thinking that is highly relevant for how we are developing the studio.

His role focuses on developing, structuring, and following up the systems behind our work:

– pipeline and project flow

– administration and financial overview

– continuous improvement of internal systems

– implementation and use of AI as part of our workflow

Elias will not only support existing structures, but actively propose and develop improvements as POETIC evolves.

At this stage, strategic decisions remain anchored in leadership, while the role builds the operational foundation.

At POETIC, we believe that structure is not a limitation, but a condition for creativity to unfold.

This is an important step in building a studio that is precise, resilient, and able to grow.
