Sustainability, Energy and Daylight – POETIC Strengthens the Team with Elham

We are very proud to welcome Elham as part of the POETIC team.

With Elham, we strengthen the studio with important expertise in sustainability, energy, daylight and biomimetic architecture. This marks the beginning of a clearer sustainability direction within POETIC, where architecture is not only about form, function and materiality, but also about energy, climate, an understanding of nature and living systems.

Elham will play a central role in leading and developing this direction within the studio. With her experience and professional depth, we can integrate sustainability, energy, daylight and biomimicry earlier and more clearly into our projects, from the first ideas through to completed design development.

For us, sustainability is part of the foundation of architecture: how a building meets its site, how daylight enters, how energy is used, how materials are chosen, and how architecture can give more back to people, nature and its surroundings.

Elham brings with her solid architectural experience and a clear interest in how architecture can learn from nature’s own principles. With her expertise, POETIC can now develop stronger services within energy, daylight, sustainability and biomimicry, both in early-phase work, design development, competitions and rehabilitation projects.

This means that POETIC can now offer advice and analysis related to, among other things:

• energy assessments and energy concepts

• daylight analyses and spatial quality

• sustainability strategies in the early phases

• climate-conscious design development

• biomimicry and nature-based design principles
