The house is a rehabilitation project of a modernist villa from 1960. The detached house is designed with an extension above the existing garage of 55m2 and an extension on the 3rd floor of 85m2. The house will have a rental unit in the basement.
In terms of design, we have added modern elements such as rounded corners to achieve a harmonious and organic architecture.
